Daycare can serve several purposes – help your child to develop (play with other children, develop their motor skills and social skills, language and maths) and learn Estonian, which is an important prerequisite for learning successfully in school later. Public education in Estonia is free. There might, however, be some expenses related to school trips, textbooks or holiday gifts for kids.
